The Sisters of the Incarnate Word and Blessed Sacrament are a
community of religious women whose lives are centered in the
Person of the Incarnate Word. Their mission is to worship Jesus,
the Incarnate Word, and to make Jesus visible in the world.
|
| They take vows of celibate chastity,
poverty, and obedience, and live a visible community life as a sign
of the community of the Church. Joy, simplicity, gentleness,
obedience and the spirit of mission are their special charisms. |
|
The charism of the Sisters of
the Incarnate Word and Blessed Sacrament is to extend the
Incarnation through a spirituality that is:
| Incarnational |
Trinitarian |
Scriptural |
| Ecclesial |
